Clean and snow white fillets, can't wait to eat.
Delivery exactly as promised, carton opened in minutes after arrival and fillets were half thawed and placed in freezer.

Skin off halibut fillets

We had one and it was completely mushy...almost liquefied. I will cook the rest later and report back.
